What's DSCR?

Debt Service Coverage Ratio — the property's rental income divided by its PITIA payment. 1.0 means it breaks even.

Do I need to show tax returns?

Often no. Many investor programs use the property's cash flow as the qualifying income.

Can I cash-out and buy another property?
